the no blood mode in the settings doesnt work i remember it working in the beta i think. i wanted to show it to my 7 year old sister and my mom allowed it cuz it worked in the beta. well sadly it doesnt work rn so please make it work i really loved the beta and your game is amazing.

I believe that "streamer" mode impacts only the dismemberment not the blood.
I don't think that there's any way to completely turn off blood.
Do you know about overkills in the game?

I would suggest testing an overkill with the mode on and compare it to what it looks like with the mode off

Overkills are when the last hit to win a match is a super or special move which triggers the dismemberment
