I pre-ordered and it shows that I have it in this image, but in game I'm unable to find it at all. Does anyone have a resolution?

In character selection, pick mark and press the down arrow. If you have more than one skin for a character, you can navigate to it with the down arrow. If you check and it’s still not there, then you’ve got a problem

Haha ok, I'll check when I get back home. In case I do end up having "a problem" what would you suggest I do from there?
