#deluxe upgrade items not appearing

When was the last time you updated your game. We pushed a patch out yesterday that should have resolved the issue. I would try fully closing Steam then re-opening and then verify the integrity of the Invincible VS game files to make sure you're pulling the latest update
i have same issue on xbox i bougth the upgrade and didnt gent anything

you need to unlock black and blue invincible through gameplay it's not in the deluxe edition
did you preorder via the actual playstation store or via a third party?
PlayStation store yesterday it came up to about 74$ and some change
I reinstalled the game this morning and just restored my license to it still nothing
are you sure you purchased before the game launched? after 10am PT pre-orders were cut off

Your best bet may be to reach out to customer support. they may ask for a picture of your receipt (which I don't want you to share here for privacy) to confirm everything and get you all set.

final check - you're pressing down on the D-pad after locking in Invincible and you're not seeing the skin?
Yes it’s nothing under him like i can press down dpad for omniman skin but no skin for mark
