Side note, If I had a revolver with one round, and my choice was between shooting fortuna's hair or hooty's feathers/tassles, I would aim for my own head, they were NOT fun for me to draw in MS paint.

They would probably don't get in one-another's business at town (considering Hooty never goes to town), but put them on a mission and they will bicker the whole time, even while fighting they will be stealing kills and accidentially sabotaging elemental combos.

Fortuna would be laid back and sarcastic, Hooty would by direct and focused. That said, with her buttons pushed, hooty would probably troll Fortuna by telling ehr to eat the forest mushrooms.

Honestly impressive in MS paint. There are free programs like Krita if you want to pursue drawing that way.

I was going to when I drew that one piece I posted a few*(I realize now this was like yesterday? I have had an extremely bad sleep schedule lmao) days ago but I genuinely got so annoyed even trying to draw hands that I just gave up halfway through 😭

best part about drawing at lower pixel-counts: rotating and flipping one hand Isntantly alters it's entire design, all you need to do is clean it up after that

what's funny is that I origionally wanted them to match the quality of the barrel and chair, but I could not for the life of me make Fortuna look "worse" without just smearing the screen with blue and red, you either put in effort with her, or give up and turn her abstract, she will NOT accept half measures.

Like at best: what can you simplify? sure you can hide the valve on the back of her head, and maybe skip the golden torso horseshoe, but the hair is so ingrained with her entire body there isn't much room for changing it that wouldn't make her notably less recognizable.

The things I want to say would sound like moonroons to MS paint 😭
Yeah just add a luminosity layer at .3 opacity and countershade before applying a blur filter at a strength of 6, then add a color layer at an opacity of .7 and use a heavy grain brush for a second layer of darker colors.

probs not, i just cheat like there is no tomorrow and furiously abuse single-pixle brush with the fill tool, going back with shades to break up "blobs"

It Does have a layer system, however, which is handy setting up hair and body seperately and then deciding what goes where

It has a layer system so you can realize you were drawing on the wrong layer for the last 30 minutes
