#PayDay 2 Style VR Integration

ngl when I saw the playermodels just had floating hands my first thought was "This is the perfect model for a VR game".
It does work really well, even considering that each skin has their own set of hands (barring the two default skins that is). I wouldn't want to do things like physical reloads that would detract further from the progression in the game. VR Fallout style floating reloads are perfectly fine for me. I just wanna stare up at the Cryptic Saloon like Willem Dafoe.
