title speaks for itself, Lazy is pretty specialized so what if you could, say, equip it to only your sidearm (thus only disabling sidearm ammo pickups)? That gives it a use of making sure you always have a backup option without disabling ammo heavy builds for your primary. Whether or not it'd be worth the slots is still a little iffy, but it'd at least allow for more creativity.

its quite useful now and even useable with the minigun
