Modifiers from the well like the blackout one are fun.

Having modifiers that increase the rewards we get would be fun and make for more replayability.

These could even be known before hand when selecting the map and be innate to the run you are about to embark on.

Some ideas for modifiers ive had include

  • Imminent storm. A continuous storm will trigger after a certain amount of time like 5 minutes.

  • Extra low/high grav. Gravity would either be high or low from the get go in the map.

  • Scarce supplies. Less ammo, healing, and util supplies. This would make resources finite and encourage using jokers to counteract it.

  • Extra deadly. Enemies and players take double damage.

These are just some general ideas. I think it would make things more interesting and make players build for the encounters challenge but be rewarded for it.

And things dont only have to be difficulty modifiers, could have things like gold/soul rush were a certain region might reward more resources etc.

also there is not much to do with the forge and your fragments once you have all unlocks. If you have everything maxed out maybe the forge could enhance your weapons.

Could let as add stats to it for the run, an additional random joker or infuse it with an element.

that would be sick.
