Speedster feels like it should be a player joker not a gun joker. as a gun joker it just feels very... strangling to any speedster build, and while player joker space is very tight I feel like speedster has a better feel as being there. Thats already where we have most of our speed up upgrades, thats where we have a lot of stat modifications, and importantly that is where we have glass cannon. Glass cannon is the closest equivilent I can personally think of to speedster, a legendary playstyle defining joker that boosts damage. now yes Speedster also increases firerate but at the same time, why not let that apply globally?

I dunno thats my 2 cents. maybe thats a terrible idea and would completely shatter game balance. Im going off of vibes here as a speedster user myself.

I agree that it should be a player joker, even better to be so since there are multiple gun jokers that add speed like For example, run and gun. I see a machine gun build with speedster and speedy gunzolaz and a machine gun with run and gun maxed :O

yes Speedster is powerful. yes it does a lot of good stuff. but as a weapon joker it feels very out of place.

as a balance Im willing to concede that maybe letting us then stack up 8 run and guns is probably. too much if such a change were to happen.

I agree, Speedster should be a player joker. And Run & Gun should be stacked at 1, if not nerfed to compensate. Nobody is running a bunch of those without Speedster.

With it being a player joker (with run and gun nerfed) it actually gives less stats overall and fights with over valuable joker slots. This would bring Speedster down a couple pegs, which feels like the right choice.

If you want to go heavily on Speedster, you can't take spell CDR, joker generation, or survivability as your slots go to Disgrace + Speedy Gonzales. If you want any of those, you enter the mission with less out the gate, which feels healthier.

Add in being able to run uniques again and that sounds like a win-win.
