You know how you can buy jokers in the customization screen? Let us buys a single joker acquired during a mission, costing double what it would cost in the customization tab.
Reason being that RNG can sometimes screw us over, and having at least another way to pick jokers up would be fun. Plus, you are actually paying double for the certainty of it.
Of course, mission unlocked jokers should be excluded from this, only the ones acquired from gambling

There are ways to buy Joker from trader (you pick 1 of 3 after paying with gold).
You can find an structure on the map, that let you copy a joker (Don't remember the name of it). And Refiner that replaces a joker of your choice with a random joker of the same rarity. So there are ways to fix your broken build, or get better items if you just get unlucky.
Just letting you know if you didn't find it yet.
So even your idea does sound good, you still have different ways of fixing stuff.

No, i mean like, the permanent jokers. Turn one mission joker into a permanent joker by paying double the amount of souls the category costs

Yep!
You know how you can gamble 250 souls for a joker?
You can also pay a set amount of souls to buy copies of specific jokers in the customization screen (where you slot jokers into weapons and the Hero)
The price in souls is different for each tier
After you finish a mission AND extract (to not have people get a joker and die), you'll have a screen where you can see all the jokers you found in the match
And you'll be able to pay to keep a single one
The price would be double that of the tier of the joker. So for example:
If buying a copy of a prime joker is 500 souls in the lobby, this after match joker would cost 1000 souls
Reason for being just one and double price is to still keep the Gamba Machine relevant

So there are jokers that you can't normally buy, so you want to buy them after match. Ok I got it, actually good idea.
I just forget that some jokers can't be bought.
