#New Arsenal for Primary and Secondary Slots

I would really love to help you guys with ideas regarding new weapons in this game. I am quite the gun-nut myself and guns that feel, sound and look right are high on my priority list when it comes to enjoyment in games.
I love the direction Far Far West has taken with their weapon designs because its somewhat wild west contemporary while having its own Steam-Punky robotic spin on it.

Unfortunately I dont know how to 3D model, nor do I draw really well but I definitely have some ideas for weapons that fit into the game. Obviously I also dont mind "greebling" or "frankensteining" semi-real life designs to fit the style!

For a secondary example: A Flare gun that when hitting an enemy will bounce to the head of the next one.
Upgrades could be: Crit Chance, Bounce Chance/Amount, Damage per Bounce maybe even AOE chance.

I am still debating if it should be rigged together via one of those old cans thats laying around at the Saloon area or some other repurposed item/junk.

I was also thinking the Volcanic Pistol would fit very well but then I wondered if it shouldnt be something more exotic but within the same style like the Bittner Pistol as the base model for another new Secondary.

These are only a couple ideas and obviously there would be more to discuss. I may also try to draw examples so I can better relay what I am envisioning

A (semi) Automatic Double Barrel shotgun fed via 2 magazine tubes underneath. Shoots both barrels at once, much slower fire rate than the current shotgun but 1.5x-2x the damage. Ammo consumption perhaps also doubled.

Another idea would be a Primary Automatic weapon based on the Lewis Machine Gun. The one with the big round plate magazine on top. I think I would like to incorporate a car muffler as the barrel shroud which pipe will end in some sort of contraption on the side of the gun.

It would function similar to the 4 cylinder weapon we get at the beginning but way more about sustained fire, perhaps even with terrible accuracy which slowely gets better while firing.

Also for anyone reading this, feel free to also give ideas and your opinion!

To add to the Lewis Gun idea, perhaps the big plate mag on top can be modeled to be a cog which then turns another one of the side as decoration. (Still drawing)

Another idea would be a pepperbox pistol but loaded with shot. So basically a secondary shotgun alternative

My idea of a Lewis Machine Gun based primary. Muffler instead of the original barrel shroud, many brass pieces, lighter weight stock. The Mag being a giant cog, driving another cog on the side. Whole mechanism is more steampunk than modern

Another Idea would be a primary Crossbow that can shoot lit dynamite.
Now, its important to be careful with AoE weapons since you want them to be strong, useful and helpful but they shouldnt be the norm and overshadowing the non-AoE weapons, so that crossbow should fire quite slow.
For example the player would have to first light the dynamite like the one you can grab in game.

A Revolver-Carbine with Galilean sights. Its a medium between the Leveredge and the current sniper rifle with a twist.
It would shoot a little slower than the lever edge since its single action only but has a bit more damage too. It reloads by putting cartridges into the cylinder via a gate on the right side.

The gimmick with this one would be variable zoom via the middle (second) galilean lense which can be flipped up or down and a skillable chance of having an enemy explode into gold nuggets on head-shot. Starting from 1 nugget to maybe up to 5 by skilling this.

A little currency symbol would flash inside the galilean sight whenever its triggered.
Also this weapons name is Kat-Ching which is a onomatopoeia of the sound old cashier registers made on sale.

Currently thinking of a pistol thats based on the C93 Borchardt but I wanna make it more Future. So I imagine a Laser-Based energy weapon made from one. The Spring housing in the back will be used as the magazine instead. Also the reload animation could be something funny like dumping a bunch of those white crystal shards the game has into the back, just tossing them in "fueling" the gun. Of course the front end will have a cage and all that stuff.
