#bullet spread dependent on view angle?

i have noticed that when looking down or up the bullet spread of weapons is a vertical line instead of "random" (only tested it with the shotgun and quadcylinder when making this post) is this intended or something that will be adressed at a later date

fyi this effect is still in the game after update 1 (v644)
