Seph's Feedback - Sniper zoom doesn't work on low FoVs.

At 70 FoV, the Long Ranger no longer zooms in. It seems the scope zooms TO 70 FoV regardless of your current FoV, which is odd.

It should be [Current FoV] - 20 (Configurable?), since in its current state zooming becomes less useful the lower FoV you use.

It'd be cool to have zoom intensity as an upgrade, too!

Aside from that, LOVE the long ranger! Headshot explosions are killer, it does solid damage, has perfect accuracy when hip firing which feels AMAZING, and has great SFX and a cool model. Very much like the TF2 sniper! A charge scope mechanic like that could be cool, too.
