I was wondering how the anti bot channel works. Like how does it lure bots to that channel specifically for example?

Nah it's just Bot accounts typically hit a whole bunch of channels at once. Like everything they have access too

Including the anti bot channel, which shoots them the moment they walk through the door

and I'm guessing its just a bot like carl that instantly banns people when they chat in there?

theres the occasional bot that posts in a random order

but eventually theyll hit the bot channel

carl bot has some reliability issues that i dont want it handling a role like a honeypot channel

its a very helpful bot

its massively cut down the amount of scams in main chat

is there a way the bot recognizes spam accounts or is it just because they write in #💥-anti-bot-channel

if there were a way to recognise spam accounts before a message was sent it wouldve been used

unfortunately these accounts are usually stolen accounts
