A Chain Saw primary would be epic. Though a circulars would be just as cool, but i feel like that would make a better secondary weapon.
-Range: 2.5x base Melee in a slashing AOE
-Heat: Max is 10 (tracked by a gray to orange half circle meter to the side of the reticle), and it cools by 1 (2 with 4 points) per second (even in the offhand).
-Fuel: 300 per tank and 1200 (so 1500) total.
-Quick Melee: Deal 15 damage (ignores shields but not walls), consuming 10 fuel. It applies Bleed, and adds 2 heat. Animation takes 1 Sec.
-Bleed: 5 ticks (2.5 sec) DoT dealing 3 damage per tick.
-Quick Melee(Empty Tank): Consumes 0 fuel, but it deals half damage and doesn't apply Bleed. And adds 1 heat (so half the DPS of with fuel). Animation takes 1 Sec
- M1: Hold to slash back and forth 1.5 times per sec, consuming 10 fuel per second. Applies Bleed on hit and generates 1 heat per second.
-M1+M2: Holding right click raises and revs/primes the chainsaw, and when left click is held the player charges forward knocking back enemies (mobs and elites) in front to the side, intimidating (stunning) enemies in a radius, and dealing damage to the enemies in front of the player until you release it, the weapon overheats, or you empty the fuel tank.
-M1(Empty Tank): The same as Quick Melee(Empty Tank). So, 1/3 of it with fuel.
Upgrades: Damage (up to 100%, for 8 points and it doesn't apply to bleed, because its a status effect), Bleed Dur (up to +300% for 8 points), Rev/Prime Speed (+100% for 5 point), Cooling Rate (+100% at 4 points), Ammo Capacity, Draw Speed
Notes: Simpler to code +1 (+2 at 5 point of cooling) heat per heat source and leaving cooling on constantly when above 0, and reducing heat by 1 right before the start of cooling. Rather than having to constantly check if the device is adding heat so that cooling can be blocked while heat is being added.
