Luck of the Draw - A New Joker Idea

I think it would be neat to have a Joker that boosts other Jokers, like a luck buff.

For example, there could be a Mythic or Legendary Joker that increases all activated chance percentages of Jokers you have by 50% or so, relative to the original chance.

One example would be with the Explosive Rounds Joker, the chance would go up from 4% to 6%.

Or, having a legendary joker that said " For each jokers you have, increase the chance by 1% of activating other jokers effect " like other legendary joker do !

But thats a great idea otherwise ! +1
