Adds modifications to spells. they (most of the time) have a buff and debuff examples: fireball shoots 3 fireballs but -50% damage, boing, you get to use boing 2 times in a row but +50% cooldown, drain, does +10-20 more damage but does damage over time so it takes longer to heal, thrower, more acid puddles but -25% range (they are just examples of how they would work you dont gotta add exactly what i say as long as they are fun/balanced its fine) also you get 3 modification slots for spells (edited it from jokers to modifications cuz that makes more sense)

or instead of jokers you can modify the cards to make it make sense
cuz a card for a card doesnt make allat much sense

Joka's fer spells could work, but that'd be an entirely new set o' specific and generic joka's. Generic ta' spells as a whole, generic fer each ' th' four spell types, and specific fer each o' th' spells wit'in each spell type. Ye'd need enough joka' card ideas ta' make th' concept worth while
Even wit'out usin' joka's ye'd still need enough modifications o' eitha' generic ta' spell type, generic ta' spells, er specific ta' that spell
Th' problem be comin' up wit' enough possible ideas, joka' er modification, ta' get th' idea ta' start walkin' so that it has th' chance ta' run
If'n ye take away th' spell based joka's from th' characta' what exist then ye need replacements fer those ta' fill in th' gap
I can't' think o' much more than what ye've already listed: Cooldown decrease fer damage and vice versa, extra projectiles er increased area but less damage, more damage but spread ova' time
I do have this though: Drain could have one where if'n it don't kill th' enemy it makes 'em an ally fer a short time

thunderstrike happens 2x faster with 10% less cooldown but does less damage

personally I love the idea tho, like any ability can be twice but increased cooldown
