For Example: If i get a quad cylinder to lvl 30 or 40 you get a weapon skin to put on your weapons same goes for ability like if you get pyro up to lvl 30 the fire can be blue

Love this idea! maybe some custom mods to modify the shape/texture of the weapons like in similar games (DRG for example) as well as maybe some mastery skin colours/ranking colour schemes?
