the spawn rate will be lower than the normal trader's
have thought of 2 uses that the businessman could have
use 1: the businessman will offer very unique jokers that won't be able to be purchased in the lobby
or
use 2: you are able to trade jokers for either souls, or gold. the amount of gold/souls would depend of the joker's rarity
as a final bonus, he can also give you some quests to unlock him as a playable bot
