I think having an affinity lvl for spells is a good idea. It would allow people go "mono pyro" for some simple buffs while trading spell combos

you get more mileage out of the cooldown decrease if you use more of the spell type that the joker buffs

nah but just 20% cooldowns is kinda ass. i see what they're saying. stacking effects for stronger / meaner effects, or instead of 20% cd reduction he's askin for maybe like 20% dmg increase per flavor of element, is what im understanding
