For the sniper (no comment from me, you'll have to fight me for it):
Add an ability that rewards oneshoting multiple enemy's in a row with headshots, let you "tag" enemy's in some way or another that could highlight them and/or give some benefit for killing or shooting it like extra damage, easier to land shots, or can be seen in low visibility environments (this enforces the snipers single target capability's), and something where hitting the same enemy multiple times in a row give a damage increase/ hitting a different enemy multiple times in a row gives a fire rate increase.

Acid rain was basically highlight all the enemies in an area for sniper, but a tweak that lets you do it would be intresting
