First of all its a very nice game fun and best with friends.
If you decide to play alone it can be fun but not as much because the balance is just not there to help play different things yet (to make everything actually playable).
For example the starter gear is superb to everything you can equip.
Same for spells Drain op, thrower and geyser op with electric weapons like the starter pistol. Other reactions are kinda pointless if u can spam the two acid ones with electric, you just need the perk for faster spells.

I can be wrong about some things but in the current state and knowledge about the game, a lot needs to be changed to make more fun in higher difficulty and solo.

If there are some questions what exactly needs to be known to improve to make something playable like weapons and reactions let me know. I dont have time right now to write an essay.

What do you feel doesn’t work at all in solo? (Tweaks and Spells related)

Just make a bullet point list if that’s quicker 🙂

Just my opinion about the current game state

main weapons

shotgun
-no range
-to much spread
-kinda low dmg for a shotgun and for the low range

sniper
-low dmg for 7 bullets and low ammunition

  • slow firerate
  • almost pointless zoom if played close range/too many enemies

minigun
i havent played it yet,
-how is the quad cylinder with 2 more dmg and less spread for long fights/hits?

secondary

bow

  • very low dmg, even drawn to max
  • draw time for the element, why? (isnt it coded in poisen or smth else like animated?)
  • very low ammunition

dual revolver
havent played yet but compared to everything else

  • low dmg
  • too many random shots after shooting fast and with some range
  • make the throw of the weapons one in front and one a bit further,
just for a bit more spread of the element would be nice/ bigger radius?

spells/ reactions
you cant really test spells which is an issue therfore i can only relate to my used ones and with a friend

acid electric reaction is op,
the tornado you can create with fire is nice but not needed especially when you can only take 3

drain for hp regen is op,
no other way exept for drinks to really heal if u dont go for the perk where you can choose better ones to work with builds

thrower and geyser are every strong with electric because of what they do and can do over time with spell cooldown equiped
(starter pistol electric and done)

everything else I have seen or tested a bit but the cooldown are sometimes a bit too much,
if u want to play nightmare bring time or u cant play if u make a wrong step/ run

more enemies make spells kinda feel like a bruden if u dont have lower cooldowns,
nightmare has too many enemies for this

spelldmg/ reaction has no impact on a real boss, a bug or intendet?

overall spells are great and have great reactions and visuals, an area to test them would help to say more than this mess I wrote

perks
so far i liked them expect for the drain 30% hp for too many things which can ruin runs or make them longer because u cant pick 1, fine in a team but solo a nightmare in nightmare, just makes a run way longer with bad luck

i wouldnt say anything about the perks because the fundamental issue with weapons and spells needs to be fixed before i speak about them, or you add some perks to compensate for that which i dont know
(perk options for spells 20% cooldown if u have 3 different spells or 2 of the same and 1 different of a kind would help, unlockable with challenges near the end of progression just for more builds and solo play, weapon specific perks?)

statement
Its a great game but higher difficulty makes the game more reliant on what doesnt feel like a waiting game or has impact in a fluent way of playing the game when you need to act.
Example Nightmare, too many enemies too much dmg
Solo differs from 2-4 players a lot and havent tested it in nightmare, lack of ppl who play nightmare.

I can sent my build, I had no trouble with beating nightmare/ everything else, up to 4 player hard mode carry, if requested

-i missed meele, its not good, i dont want to punch nightmare enemies, if they hit me i can die quickly, even in lower difficulty its kinda pointless (perks feel useless, maybe a chain lighting would help it out or some element punches)

For dual revolvers, I agree. The high fire rate is nice, but they don’t quite feel like revolvers. The way they are on purchase is similar to a DRG overclock.
It would be nice to have options in how you want them to behave. But to be fair, I’m saying that while there’s only 3 secondaries in the game.
