I just take umbrage with the idea of making the biggest things the hardest content in an acutal game and making it so less than a hundreth of the population of a game's life could even attempt it and even fewer could clear

There's romance in that as a story but as a game I'd call that bad design.

An old buddy of mine and I together alone beat the game and endgame dungeons as a duo alone

Dungeons and raids meant for parties of 6 or 8 done with just the 2 of us

Even that one time when they released the Valkyrie class we bum rushed the campaign story progression as we joined in on the last day where if you reached a specific end level and completed the campaign you got some special skins

With 2 DPS classes we basically played aggro ping pong and dodge tanked all encounters

People were freaking out when we entered a dungeon meant as a raid , they asked if we wanted to join their party as they were still looking for some people to fill roles ( had 4 people standing there )

"you go in alone ??"

After 30m we exited and they were still standing there

Pretty generic story setup with boy who came from a "village in the mountains" and has no skill in combat but immeasurable skill in everything else and as usual defies common sense
