some books work for power attacks only. like a spear book aquired in the 1st stream causing 50%more power attack damage for spear on downed enemies
even tho being in a party makes it better to know where everyone is it also combines all of your gamestages and make the game more difficult but also it takes the highest loot gamestage that one of you has and gives it to everyone
you dont have to leave the main loot for the person with the quest as you have a 20-25%loot bonus you wil get more you can still let him get the loot aslong as you open it first the bonus wil be aplied
traders have a tiered system bassed on de traderstage(gamestage+better bartering skill(x10 i believe)+trader lv(alsox10 i believe)) and as far as i know every tier adds and/or replaces stuff in the trader(and a tier is every 25 or something)
mailboxes/paperboxes are a great source of books each thing has about 60% to have 1 and 20%to have 2 or something like that
in the controle settings you can change toggle crouch and crouch with eachother it means that when you release the button you stop crouching instead of forgetting you are still crouched
dieing gives you a death penalty for a real time hour it lowers all your skills(the lv 10 skills strength, fortitude, etc) by 1 and with it you might lose a requirement for lets say miner sixty-niner as you need strength 7 and it has been reduced to lv 6 and it also gives you -10% of your current xp bar and you get half a bar of negative xp you need to get to 0 befor getting xp again
in the start you have a shield against it until lv 5 or 6 forgot the exact number
when you get/see a magazine there is a little book in the top right of the image if its closed you dont have it yet if its open you already know it/all of it(i have seen you read a luckylooter book 3x for more amunition(it only aplies ones you get a bit of xp for reading tho))
for mods its always usefull to stuff as many on your gear as possible most of the time they boost your damage to enemies and blocks and as you get new/other gear sometimes you cant put sertain mods you had on a weapon on the other weapon so is smart to leave some of every mod spare at your base
every debuff can be stopped or speddup you can read the discription to see what you need to do so exept the death penalty
there is a bug going on where if you die there is a chance zombies can hit you still and wil stack debuffs on you when you respawn as happend to penta befor
there is a lot of hidden stuff in buildings for example there can be holes/vaults behind paintings, in the kitchen there can be cupboard doors no hanging straight and there will be trash or a bag behind there, there can be a pannel that is (not that good in english so i dont know how to explane it)crumbled like a piece of paper and than straightend and there can be a bag or trash behind there
