Yeah mines a jank mess of enclosed space with 2 of each storage, and then all the important rooms.

Two things I learned

1st : You surf longer on grass during rain , considerably longer and faster ( hindsight makes sense but you wouldnt assume)

2nd: Stalbokoblin fast kill ( works best for groups) : Flash em ! Throw a dazzlefruit in the group and they all die

Apparently getting knocked down and head removed is insta kill for the skeletons

No, I've had balloons and platforms disappear before. The white platforms, the ones that stay where they are when you let go, and they don't take charge to do so. Those disappear after a while, or at least some of them do. I've had one sled time out, a couple flame emitters, but the most egregious ones are: the wings and the balloons, then followed by flame emitters and the hover stone. I've had all those time out and break/despawn, while I'm using them.

thoughts ||gauntlet before gannon was a neat idea, albiet dirt easy, not even any silvers. only a few blacks, and no bosses. the gannon fight itself was well.... not that hard either, master sword gets an auto recharge and well, slap a silver lionel blade horn on that and it deals stupid damage so he melted. Phase 3 was more interesting, specifically the fact that his health bar went to the edge of the screen, but more so that it seemed like he could flurry rush me but then never did? He got his own time dilations and did nothing with them is what Im saying. Final phase was a glorified cutscene AGAIN. seriously. stop doing that. Zelda is alive and well, but water doesnt work like that. all in all, a lovely ending, but wow that boss fight was just a letdown. I mean there was one cool thing where he took away full heart containers if you got corurpted enough, but that can be mitigated really easily. It was another Zelda boss fight, Ill give it that. The strength of this game was never going to be the boss fight though, it was the journey and exploration, and ya know what? worth it.||

Ill likely go back later, do some more korok hunting, a bit of madness here and there, but until DLC, Im pretty much done with the game.

I went into TOTK without having played BOTW and with no expectations but jesus christ every encounter is hyperlethal, this is cartoon elden ring

you do get oneshot protection at full health except for specific attacks, like, I think, ghidora or whatever their name is

oneshot protection also doesn't seem to kick in when cause of death is "like, a shitton of explosive barrels"

I once cleared a big monster base full of blue/black bokoblins and a boss bokoblin, took me three tries. then I broke some crates a lil too close to exploding barrels and whoops the game didn't autosave after I cleared the base lmao

Bosses are the only things that do not grant 1 shot protection. If it has a health bar and is a single enemy, you need to be extra careful.
Also, one shot protection only applies to individual sources of damage, hence why the shit load of explosive barrels still kill.

I really like the pebbits and Taluses'. In a world of magic, it makes total sense that something like them would exist, and pebbits are cute with their stumpy little legs and arms

Fun fact, you can force a bloodmoon whenever you want by shooting a shit ton of Splash Fruit Arrows at rocks in the Depths.
