It's Melinoe, the Greek goddess of ghosts and nightmares*
It is possible they could set her up as Zag's sister, since to my knowledge she is depicted as a daughter of Hades.
There is the possibility they go a different direction with her as well, so it will be cool to see what they do.

Nope. ... At least, I don't think so. Hekate is the goddess of magic and crossroads and also a chthonic deity. Someone else said she's supposed to be the one in a hat, that the main character is fighting, but she's also a triple goddess, so it'll be interesting to see how they handle that aspect.
