in this picture, i am using opus 4.8 and you can see that it keeps on cancelling my request, sometimes even charging credits but still cancelling instantly no matter what. i had to degrade to 4.6 for my task to continue working.

I've similarly had Kiro just stop working mid-process several times today, based on timing it seems related to 4.8's release.

Not to "Kitchen Sink" but I also have to now approve every file change.

Wow, being prompted to Accept All for every file change is making Kiro unusable
