I noticed that I have been being billed since the initial early access period even though I no longer use Kiro. I tried to cancel my subscription in the web portal but in there it says I'm on the free plan 🙁
I have been being billed since January and need this cancelled. I created a ticket from the Kiro Account page for billing which went to AWS support and they said that they couldn't help me.
Here are the Invoices and Receipt numbers:

In the app.kiro.dev account page it shows my UserID as d-9067642ac7.64988468-f031-702a-14d8-6c8b8b7f4a20
Please cancel the billing and ideally refund the money as I have not been using the application/service and the account is showing that I don't even have a paid level of credits even if I were to use it. If a refund is not possible, please let me know so I can contact American Express to begin the charge back process.
