  1. Restart the Kiro IDE and try again in a new chat session
  2. Sign out and sign back in (account icon → bottom left)
  3. If you have any MCP servers configured, try disabling them one at a time — a failing MCP server can cause this error. You can also disable all of them temporarily to isolate the issue
