Hey everyone, I've been trying to set up Kiro for my team via AWS IAM Identity Center but keep getting:
"Failed to create Kiro subscription for 1 user — An error occurred while trying to create Kiro subscriptions."
I've already: ✅ Recreated IAM Identity Center as an Organization-level instance (us-east-1) ✅ Created a user and enabled enhanced identity sessions ✅ Submitted AWS account verification documents (bank statement + phone bills) ✅ Opened AWS Support Case ID: 177447404900560
My AWS account is currently on hold pending verification, which I believe is the root cause of the subscription error.
Has anyone experienced this and resolved it? Any advice on speeding up AWS verification or fixing the Kiro subscription error would be appreciated!
