Credits got deducted before 4PM on last day of the month while my current month plan was 200$ plan. This is unacceptable. I have been kiro user from last 6 months. Please look at why my credits got deducted before even EOD.

Note: i canceled 200$ kiro starting next month.

Same happened to me last month, I submitted a ticket, it took several weeks but eventually they gave me a partial credit

Yep, just happened to me today, too. Just submitted a ticket. Here's to hoping for a resolution!

Happened to me today as well. CLI says my plan resets on March 1. Today (Feb 28) is a Saturday and I had planned to spend the day draining my credits on my backlog. Very egregious error.

I just got support saying it is updated at midnight the 1st UTC time, which would put it afternoon to evening in the US, which is dumb. No resolution on the lost credits, unfortunately
