Hi, I received 500 credits for setting up a new account and then another 1000 during re:invent. I did not use the credits at all and they were showing on the IDE... but the first time I tried to use the IDE (yesterday), although the credits were showing, once I submitted the first query all the credits dissapered and I was then only showing 50 credits! Is there any way that I can recover the lost credits, since I did not had a chance to tryal the IDE?

Hi @latent grove the credits that are issued are set to expire usually within 30 days - depending on when you signed up for kiro and when you recieved the re:invent credits, its likely that the credits you recieved expired.
