I'm a Kiro Pro user and have already paid for the Pro plan covering November 1, 2025 to November 30, 2025. However, when I log into Kiro or access the web portal, my account is still showing as "Kiro Free." Because of this, I’m unable to use my Pro credits for my work.
Could you please look into this issue and help restore my Pro account status? I can provide my payment details if needed.
