I honestly thought I was going crazy, but apparently Kiro essentially made 4 of the same hooks in the hooks folder (this did not show up in my hooks panel). I would literally watch my code base after I make a change to types or interfaces and it would just completely change everytime. I was losing it. I just found the hooks folder and lo and behold there's 4 kiro hooks there each managing interfaces and auditing it. They all have different names too as you can see. I only created one of these. Yet somehow it multiplied and on top of that it does not show up in my UI. I have no idea how this happened, but this has caused so much backtrack for me LOL. Anyways just letting you guys know about this if it's a bug or not.
