Kiro gets stuck when deleting test files

Kiro keeps getting stuck any time it is trying to delete a test file (no longer needed).
do I need to set file access permissions or something?

also, whenever this happens— I end up stopping Kiro mid task, delete the file myself— and then ask Kiro to continue. But then most often the chat resets for that task, and we have to start again on that task in a new chat

@sick imp The fix for me was to turn autopilot on. Then it would automatically delete. Not sure how you feel about autopilot but it still gives you control over the changes
