No emails or communication about it. I tried to log in to see my overages and suddenly I was getting 404 errors on all pages and a message on the billing that my account has been suspended. This was around the same time the kiro emails about overages were sent out.

Same, i deleted AWS account, but still i see that my email is being used and since i paid for kiro and tokens are restarted i want to use them

I apparently never finished setting up aws when i signed up and missed the emails.

Hi @odd trench, Kiro is not tied to an AWS account. Are you referring to the Kiro account or Builder ID?

I would recommend contacting billing support, as they will be in the best position to help get any billing account issues fixed.
