✅ - Kiro opens on Ubuntu 24.04 but doesn't work. Gets stuck on login with providers page

There is a bug that prevents Kiro from opening on Ubuntu 24.04. It gets stuck on the login with provider page. The only provider that responds properly is the "Sign in with your organisational identity". All others get stuck at trying to lauch the browser for login. Beyond this, Kiro is not usable on my machine. I attach two pictures to help with the above description.
