Beach has a very limited space where sprinklers can be placed, because they cannot be placed on sand (but you can still till sand and water normally).
Forest does not have as many tillable spaces as the standard farm, but comes with a way better aesthetic imo, and contains foragables + regrowing hardwood stumps.
