If you happen to be on mobile, there is a button in the options menu to swap to the previous save, which will go back a day. If you’re on laptop, you can go to the save folder and rename the files with _old at the end to remove the _old and make them active again

Both of those options will work for rolling back one day. It unfortunately won’t work for going multiple days back. To do that, you would need to load a backup copy of your save folder (after each game day, I personally exit and copy the save folder over to my backups folder)

Ancient fruit (if you've unlocked it) is a good option to slowly introduce. Pumpkins are a decent choice too. A third option || requires having the desert unlocked when you complete the vault bundle to fix the bus. This gives you access to buying Starfruit which is quite profitable too. ||
