Yep, issue with SVE. The only things you have patching the town sheets (where the dog house sprite is) are AWNR, ATDSV, and SVE. AWNR and ATDSV both overlay, so I'm guessing SVE replaces or uses a custom sprite instead
since better fruit trees is no longer compatible, is there an alternative?

Worth a shot. The issue is that TMXL no longer looks in the game's Content folder for tilesheets, only Content/Maps. This is to bring it in line with the vanilla game, since CA is removing the unused tilesheets. He did once already and it broke a bunch of stuff, so he put them back until everyone can get their mods fixed. Somehow, SVE is still looking in that Content folder, how we don't know
So an older version might still have the issue, but it doesn't hurt to try

hello! i just downloaded the jsonassets mod, along with a JA of coiis clothing collection.... how do i use JA ingame? i want to change my outfit, but there's no menu i can find to pop up and let me change like previous mods. as for installation, do i need to put the JA clothing file in the JA mod, or do i just put them both separately in my mods folder? tysm for your time!!
You need Tailor Mouse to get the clothing iimeru! Or CJB Item Spawner
iimery, JA will allows the clothes to be items, and the JA packs will add them, but you need either a shop, or CJB cheat to spawn them

Next, you have a bunch of duplicate mods - fix all of that red text from those (some of it is from needing to update as well)
Third, Save Anywhere is not really recommended
That could be the issue - if it's still crashing after all of that, the next thing to try is removing any custom spouse rooms you have

You can either change the keybind in RTF's config or add another button to Virtual Keyboard by copy/pasting a block and modifying it

Hello! So I'm having a little issue where when I got to bed, it saves, but then the screen goes super dim (almost black) and then after a few seconds it crashes. When I relaunch the game SMAPI doesn't even acknowledge that a crash happened, and the report seems fine. When i try to get into my save it loads, but is again dim and unresponsive and crashes. I have the mods Babies take after spouse v2, Babysitter, Child to NPC, Content patcher, and Custom NPC fixes (all of which can be found on Nexus) and they are all updated and haven't conflicted at all. I think it's crashing because I'm pretty sure its the say hat the Babysitter mod is supposed to become active on my kid (giving her dialogue, a schedule, and the choice of a babysitter). Any help would be greatly appreciated! 🙂

The modder for Babysitter said that it was compatible with Babies Take After Spouse but it did recently update so I'll try that if this doesn't show anything

not sure if you saw earlier, but it sounds like something isn't right with your mods and PPJA isn't likely to be the issue--could you follow those instructions, please?

nope, the issue is definitely the duplicate mods
some of the JA packs you have aren't able to load, so they're giving you error items instead

that's already covered by PPJA iirc, the espresso machine is part of artisan valley

You're right, sorry I haven't been around, I went back to college this January and my schedule has been absolutely swamped. I'm aware that there was a Harmony/Mac bug, I fixed it in early January but got busy and didn't release an update (if I remember correctly.) Looking at my past commit history on GitHub it was the "loe2run-patch-1.2.1" commit that should have fixed it. Maybe you can download the zip file from Github? Unfortunately I'm super busy this weekend and can't help. But, next weekend is my Spring Break and the top of my To Do List is fixing my mods, so I should be able to help then.

Karmylla's Immersive Maps and Stardew Valley Expanded are no longer compatible. Remove one of them to fix the error. (When downloading a mod update, make sure to read the file description for update instructions!)
karmylla's maps haven't been compatible with SVE for quite a while, so you'll need to pick one or the other to use

If you use Quality Artisan Products for Better Artisan Valley: It is currently outdated. Artisan Valley did a major update and I only just got home from uni.
mostly because i saw karmylla's in there and we've had a lot of people with that issue trickling in ever since they dropped compatibility
but generally, look for any content patcher mods that are editing maps--you pretty much can't use most of those with SVE

I use SVE with IF2R and was wondering how to change the look of that far right building? I can't find the file to replace it and don't know what it's called...
fisrt i wanna ask when i updated it was all in a nice folder after extracting ... was i supposed to take them out of folder not the zipped one but the one inside
generally it's okay to leave it like that, but you might have some stray old folders that are giving you duplicates

Taking them out of the nice SVE folder is optional, but if you don't and are updating doublecheck for duplicates!

oh I figured farm extended was part of the SVE, so it just got rid of the extra areas on the farm, so I guess that was the problem cause nothing was spawning in those areas but I do miss those areas. :(

@bright ocean i found a work around for the 999 stack of stardrops - whilst the eating animation is happening, click any other slot on your bar - (note: keybinds 1 to = do not work). This will stop the auto eating loop for stardrops.

i just noticed my characters eyes i creator her with blue eyes but in game they are light brown ... i think only use toned down sdv but recently stopped so i shouldn't have any recoloring mods wse any ideas as to what would cause this .. i mean i made sure they are blue cause the save shows them blue 😄

ok so the last time I opened Stardew Valley it popped up in purple text that I could update SMAPI and about 12/13 other mods. I just updated SMAPI there, however it's still telling me I need to update, but apparently the other mods are completely fine again?

You don't remove the old SMAPI, you just have to install the latest version of it and it'll replace your old file automatically. Atleast that's how mine works.
Once you install the latest version of it, it automatically replaces your old SMAPI with your latest one.

So I kinda have an issue. I got the Stardew Valley extended mod but a bush is blocking the Aventurers guild AND the reset terrain feature didn't work on it (it did everything else, that mod is working fine) I don't have any mods listed as uncompatible with SVE on Nexus and the rest of the mod works fine.

(Roe was just totally unaffected by the mod as PFM didnt let me touch it. Also all mead ended up named Honey Mead for a while but now PFM should be letting it have names like Rose Mead.)

that issue with TMXL is caused by SVE, i've seen it before. it won't mess anything up, no! you've most likely got some stray files from an old SVE install

debug clearfarm in the console will clear every placed object and debris on your farm--you just want bee houses?

you can't clear just bee houses through debug commands it looks like, maybe through reset terrain features but it would still get rid of all objects not just bee houses

corrin ... i figured out the issue on the coloring in my game ... not sure if it is a mod or vanilla anymore as i have so many mods 😄 but when it is morning the lighting is different so everything on my character looks wrong ... when it turns noon everything is normal .. which i guess that is how it is in RL different lighting causes a difference in how something looks

You have to allow dangerous placement, and they act as if outside.
I'm having some problems with modded SDV, it kinda crashes randomly while I'm playing and soon it goes back to normal

I've used it before. Kind of makes me a little motion sick cause you are jumping all over. I just wanted to be able to simply walk through sprinklers. It's not a huge deal, just wondered if it was even possible.

@lapis void @stone cape Update from yesterday: Welp, starting a new file didn't fix the issue so I just removed SVE. Plus side, I got to keep my 1 year because it removed SVE from the game instead of crashing. (Now if only I could get trents animals to work... unless those animals don't show up until after year 1)
did you download the custom producer mod by any chance?
remove that and try?

thats an old save which was synced recently because of steam but I have checked it with three different saves of mine and I think they all have tv in em and nothing much, a friend is having the same issue with our co-op save where both house and the cabin has the issue
and the kitchen thing. Last time someone had this: removing Hisame's recipes helped
im not sure I have that mod
