Shane tells her that he understands and decides to give her some space, suffering in silence by having overwork himself in hopes of getting her out of his mind

#

It doesn't work and he ends up forgetting to take care of himself

#

He doesn't eat, hardly sleeps and stuff.

#

Not sure if I want him to save Nora at the last minute and pass out from everything or just have him exhaust himself

#

There's also the dilemma of not wanting to feel like the farmer was guilt tripped into agreeing to marry him because he was hurt/sick.

So he finally decides to visit her to talk, only to find out that she went to the mines or the secret woods

He goes after her and realizes that she le in danger

He rescues her by 'borrowing' one of her weapons and swoops in to save the day

I prefer left too, if gives more strength and dynamism to the lineart, the varying lines make it catchy to the eye

If it's too bold for your taste you could try changing the lineart color, like a dark brown or whatever color suits her palette, or color some places with a darker area color (like if she has blue hair, a dark blue for the inside lines)

I'm basically experimenting with formatting styles to do some upcoming SDV parodies.

@exotic wren im a tad late- but i like it :0 the first emily part, i liked how when she wrapped her arm around your character, he did a little jump and his tail moved. it was a small but enjoyable touch- i havent heard of your channel before bbut i suscribed to support it- keep up the good work :0 the only thing i can think to improve just a bit is the face size when emily is next to him, because he was really small- but other than that- well done-

@plain robin that's a technique to make certain characters feel bigger/smallet. It's intentional.

I thought it was weird when I saw it the first time in an anime a long time ago. But executed well- it can be a very oppressive effect.

I rise from the depths of college after years of silence to announce that I'm working on a super cool reharmonization of the super old (it's not that old) song Bottoms Up by Trey Songz. While I'm not a huge fan of the lyrics, something about this one line in the chorus gave me some inspiration, so I'm doing a super cool jazz reharm of it! I've got some barebones of some of the verses, but this little clip is mostly done (though it's just exported midi data on top of the vocal line). In the future I want to expand to at least a piano and electric keyboard, maybe some synth brass, and electric bass, but I'm keeping it to just piano and bass for now.
Thoughts?

But since I already got so far into it- I decided to just finish it and get feedback. Awesome people like yourself would let me know to scale back- legit feedback versus me just hesitating to pull the trigger from fear.

I was just playing on an idea that was brought up a couple of times, but twisted it to push the concept.

I don't currently have a team to idea-proof things. So I didn't get much feedback on this outside sharing it now.

I mean, I asked around a little bit during the early stages- but the feedback was rather vague.

I currently got one more lined up that's far in production, but it's not that twisted. So I think it should be fine.

Then I have 3 other ones that are written out, but not totally fleshed out. All different themes and concepts.

medibang mobile is great for cartoony and semirealism art, i definitely would never recommend it as an app to do pixel art on but otherwise its great for beginners and hobbyists

We're nearly there. Still to do some shading for the rocks and add their "underwater" parts for the ones on the embankment along with some adjustments to Serra's lineart (still unsure on her left arm after all this time)
