i would suggest you to work on your background. it is simple but too bland. you also have to work on the placement of your panels. gotta put them in a clean and chronological manner. you gotta learn how comics work in order for your readers to know the story.

You can learn from tracing if i may correct , but not drawing overall, when you need to learn form , tracing the form and draw contour on them is a quick way to understand a form or simplified them into form. But it is just that , rest you can do analyze the composition and such

for very complicated designs and the like, but if you are tracing anyone's work publicly then you need to disclose that when sharing or do not claim it to be yours
if you rely on tracing then you'll be teaching your brain "my drawing needs to look exactly like theirs or its wrong" when the whole point of drawing is developing your own style
there are many other ways to learn form as well.
the only time I would trace is if I needed an extra physical copy of some reference material. otherwise I haven't traced a thing since I was a kid drawing sonic the hedgehog lol
and I can assure you, from experience, all of the sonic images i traced as a kid set me back from learning how to actually draw them because when I didn't have anything to trace, I would stress out about how my drawings didnt look enough like the source material.

when ur shading somethin, try to choose shades/highlights by movin the hue slider around instead of just changing the saturation and value
it will give u more vibrant results!

personally when i shade stuff regularly (when im not painting and being extra), i have another layer clipped over my colors layer and have that set to multiply or overlay (basically any blending/layer mode i think fits best) and shade with a Single color (usually Porble bc it looks good)
(and then fuck with the opacity)
