I really want to draw my farmer or some comics but I suck so much

if you are a beginner first you have to start with the basic shapes,what i mean is studying the body using them!

study the planes so you get a better understanding on shadows

take your time drawing each part of the body as best as you can

do rough sketches on mannequins or characters,than try to them again with more details

I just set up my commission forum and I have no idea how to get more people to realize my commissions are opened and how to talk to someone about the commission

Do you mean talk to someone about the commissions being open, or how to talk to someone about their commission once they become a client of yours?

Regardless, to get more attention to your commissions:
-Join groups/art sites/circles/forums where they bring attention to people whose commissions are open! Apply to as many as you can find that fit your tastes.
-Look for people who are seeking out artists! Commissioners who are eager to get their idea created will post on specific sites/forums/comment sections looking for artists! (This is how I usually find mine early on when times are slow, or when I'm eager to get started on something for someone else.)
-Don't forget to draw for yourself, too! Just make a small tag for your art descriptions/information page to draw attention that your commissions are open when you post it! Be it in your forum signature/in the art description/in your posting style/whatever works.
-If you have some spare cash lying around, use it for advertising! Some art sites will allow you to buy advertising for your commissions! Some sites I've seen sell it for as low as $20, some more expensive at $300 but guaranteed high traffic/viewcounts. It all depends if you want to go this route, but spend money to make money and all that.
-Self-reblog/retweet/repost or bump your stuff if you're allowed! Just do so in moderation, to bring more attention to the fanbase that you've accumulated/the forum viewers that are on on different times!

If you meant talking about a commission once you've obtained a client:
-Stay calm and professional throughout it as best you can, or stay casual if you have some familiarity with the other person.
-Keep your promises and don't offer more than you can do (as in say you'll do all these extra details for free once asked to do them for free--don't sell yourself short!) Money has been exchanged, so this deal is now priority. Not keeping your promises is a big issue, but also overestimating what you can do is an accident I've seen too many an artist fall susceptible to. Take your time! If you want to throw in a little extra for free due to nice client or a hefty tip, that's up to you. Just stay within your comfort level and try to keep yourself comfy during the commission process.
-Send WIPs unless they're quick comms like sketch comms. Keep communication open. I personally do WIPs at:
(Rough) Sketch > Line Art > Flat Colors > Shading/Highlights > (Flat Colors) Background
You can add more WIPs or take out others, but these are the stages where I see people want things changed the most. I've seen some people, however, completely relinquish WIPs, as well (though I do not advise this and when they did that...it didn't go over very well...)
-It is NOT your responsibility to be their friend! It is NOT your responsibility to be their therapist, their newfound best friend, or their future business associate! If you want to be, that's fine, too, but if something about the process makes you uncomfortable, make sure from the get-go that all parties involved understand that you have a right to turn down a commission and cease contact with the parties involved! Just don't think that once money's involved, you absolutely are at their beck and call. :c You are the commissionee and they are the commissioner, and unless you have any other relationship outside the deal, that's all you have to be, if that! Just stay safe.

okay so idk if this helps at all but the fabric should fall around her thigh and then fold into the crevice between the backs of her legs, plus excess fabric since it's not a pencil skirt would fall to the side of her on the flat surface she's lying on

The skirt on her back leg (as in her right leg) would also follow the curve of her leg since it'd be lying on top of it, but the frontal of the skirt could fall straight since it's down her side (you can add curve to it though if you want, unsure if you're making it pleated or nah either)

there are channels with nude models for you to use on youtube and its really helpful since they time their poses like they do for classes
