^^^ i feel like i improved a lot with my big screen tablet (yiynova) but really its bc i drew So much to justify the fact that i spent $500ish

I also don't really have the desk space to draw at my computer. It's annoying to setup and cramped and puts my arm at a weird angle. Being able to just draw in bed/on the couch/in the hammock... I think I would get in more practice if it weren't such a pain

giggles It's going to take some practice, but I really like all the things I can do with Clip(like having pose references). This brush makes somewhat-more-realistic hair a lot more fun. I tried watercolor for the eyes, oh well. This is all about the hair people!

I have to be careful, I have a repetitive stress injury thing. Interestingly enough, I can type all day every day, but some things cause problems more than others. Holding a pen/pencil isn't too bad, but using a screwdriver/hammer/paintbrush will put me in immense pain almost immediately.

sai is a bit lacking when it comes to brushes. is clip studio paint better for a more painterly look?

i used to use sai before and it was Always a pain trying to use custom brushes, csp makes it So easy and theres already so many free resources that people uploaded for everyone to use

(and there are ways to convert photoshop brushes to csp as well)

there are a few ppl who say that sai was Built to be a painting program (which it is) but i def think csp is way more versatile and i Adore painting on csp
