Slice of life I'd say try to take the wackiest/surreal but most believable feats that you've experienced in life as source material. Or try to read other slice of life comics like Azumanga Daioh. Orrrr if you're going for just the aesthetic of slice of life instead of like a comedy, practice first with one shots or standalone prints to get more of a feel for how the aesthetic works with your worldview!

not a few paragraphs long, either. I know some online-published stories do little chapters.
these are about... 6-10 pages on google docs, on average. Sometimes a lot longer. I don't think there's anything much shorter than that. Maybe 1-2 5-page chapters here and there?

I think a good schedule would depend on a lot of factors. You'd want something that's both sustainable for you and reliable for you readers. I'd say whatever you come up with you'd be better off under-scheduling and then dropping and extra chapteras a bonus every once in a while if you feel like it. Underpromise and overdeliver, as they say.

What really worries me is that I have veeeeery limited energy. A spoonie of the spoon theory kind of low energy.
Hence why I want to get so stupidly ahead that no matter if I can't do things for a while, I'm still ahead and on time to catch up
A lot of times, I can barely keep up my writing schedule!! (not that I've followed it for like 3 months now, whoops, I need to get back to it)
So I have to keep going and revise what was written before. Having had time (couple of years in some cases) pass between writing and revising makes it easier to revise because since it's not 100% fresh in my mind, I no longer remember what I was thinking when I wrote it and I can see it in a somewhat different light.
