i find it helps get the basics of body mass

if you allow me, I also suggest learning how to do schemes while working these same bodies

that helps a lot, you can basically use references but mix and match what you need whenever you'd like
'sides with time this forms start to ingrain into your head
and stick figures will help you understand naturally movement
it becomes pretty intuitive after all
but until then, observing and evenbasing your drawing on pictures helps a lot
