They let you adjust the time limit, sellect certain kinds of poses, and other cool stuff

I really enjoy studying poses. I'll often look up random poses online and map out the joints and angles. I'm not afraid of copying a photo into sai and laying it under my sketches to see how my brain is misinterpreting the lines if I'm really struggling.
