I think you have all the necessary stuff if you want to have a bit of everything. Personally I only do one coop but then again I don’t prioritize my animals (especially coop animals) too much. You may want to plan to have more trees for tapping if you plan to fill those sheds with kegs, and you can always switch out trees for tapping with mystic trees once you don’t need the sap/syrup for crafting anymore

Would you be excited for 5 free preserves jars if you had the stipulation of only being plausibly able to use them on cheap items? Because one dehydrator process items 10-15 times as fast as a jar while adding half as much value, so... Effectively 5-7.5 jars only usable on cheap stuff

Unlike all other enemies, loot dropped when a Lava Lurk is killed go directly into the player's inventory, regardless of the player's distance. <-- Actually it shouldn't went to the lava to begin with according to wiki.

1.6 added a small chance for any monster to drop clothes or furniture in addition to their normal loot. Maybe these extra "cosmetic" drops are not coded to do the "fly straight to the player" thing.

For what it's worth, I believe someone looked over the list of possible items that can drop this way, and all were available through more normal means (sewing machine, catalouge(s))

I repeat, I am not very certain that it's this. But that's my best guess.
