Where all can the butterfly from the statue spawn? I checked every location on the wiki top to bottom and haven't found it lol
Crit power isn't displayed as a percentage nor does it work as the percentage shown
+75 critpower is 2.5× (+150%) crit damage, remember
it's only in the 7 areas listed on the wiki. the butterfly can move around and most maps are pretty big, it's pretty easy to miss

The weapons were in the game since launch (and Emily/Shane weren't romanceable at the time, so they don't have any). They were never actually made legitimately obtainable until now, so they never had "real" stats

2100g/7 is 300g a day
a chicken lays 1 large egg a day which can be turned into gold mayo and sold for 399g/day with artisan
Imagine 14 gold mayo a week is better profit
you could double a dinosaur's eggs to 4200g for 600g/day yes
but you could also just... double a chicken's eggs for 2 gold mayos a day or nearly 800g
any ideas on how to get to volcano and more golden nuts>

the logic for "low level melee weapons" is weird and slightly bugged rn btw
if you boost a melee weapon's level by forging it, it'll go over the threshold allowed for innate enchants
(specifically noticeable on dragontooth weapons)
idk if it was fixed or not but on the flip side, forging and unforging a galaxy weapon breaks the check and allows to take innate enchants too

not 100% sure the exact specifics of what's going on, but what it's currently doing is adding to a sorta 2nd crit damage stat that applies multiplicatively with the first crit power stat

which is probably very unintended
worded another way, the CriticalPowerMultiplier buff that CriticalPowerEnchantment is buffing is not the same as thecritMultiplier stat used in critical damage calculations

crits in 1.6 are strong enough where you can just make your crit one shot almost anything while having like 20-30% crit chance

...i didn't assume the sheperd profession, that would presumably make the sheep even more powerful
because cows produce daily

iridium quality wool turns into two cloth though, and cloth sells for quite a lot

goats produce every two days
but their produce has to be more than double what cows produce to be better, which isn't the case

yeah it's only every 2 days, but if you have max mood+friendship you get iridium like 60% of the time, and gold 24% of the time
and with the shepherd profession they will yield once a day, but without the artisan profession, a cloth seems kinda lacking
you can stockpile cloth, switch to artisan, sell it all, then switch back to sheperd
...admittedly quite a bit of effort for just some sheep lol

iirc scythes pretty much work like melee weapons so its even more silly
they get their own line in the melee weapon enchants excluding them I think
alright i documented crit power and crit chance fully now i think
tldr: iridium needle with 3 aquamarines, +75 crit power innate, wear 2 aquamarine rings, scout+desperado, blessing of fangs
should give you something like a 64% crit chance with 700-1225 damage on crit
crit chance can be further increased by luck level, so add a magic rock candy in there too lol

yes, it sometimes gives a shard and always gives some money

yeah it doesn't really live up to its name, only gives a prismatic shard 5% of the time (modified by daily luck), so it would be more accurate to call it something like golden butterfly with a very slight prismatic tinge

I would love an anti-golden clock that makes big logs, stumps, and boulders spawn on your farm

the spouse has been very effective at stopping fence decay for me, it procs just often enough to keep hardwood fences from breaking
but if you want to use some of the lower durability fences then the clock is gonna be better bc you could get unlucky and not get the fence repair for a while
Hardwood fences are great but I like the rustic look of normal fences
tea bushes make for great unbreakable fences
i tried to make an Alternative Textures pack for tea bushes to turn them into hedges but all bushes have a weird minor bug where their sprites are slightly skewed after they get shaken
so the hedges would misalign by like a single pixel
btw does anyone know the bug where you can clip through fences using a horse

If you've got a lot of crops to harvest, farming is a great choice to make it go a lot faster. Frees up a lot of time to do other things

It doesn't generate EXP in fewer days than before, it just gives you back a few hours per harvest (and enables some new weird shed/gardenpot/trellis formations)
You could grow Pineapples in a shed using Deluxe Retaining Soil like this. The iridium scythe can collect crops 3 tiles north or 2 tiles in any other direction. You could also replace the kegs with more garden pots, but kegs on their own have no good way of exploiting the new higher-efficiency layout aside from "piggybacking" like this
You could also do it with hops but that'll probably drive you mad.

Pigs' handicaps are that plus needing pasture space (sheep can function without leaving the barn), and needing their pasture cleared frequently by hand (Autograbber handles the shearing for you so you can go in and loom the wool whenever you please)

You can do that, though you would have to load the hoppers yourself and put the hoppers+looms somewhere you frequently walk past so you can empty the looms frequently

Pigs are really good when you have tons of empty farm space, they are maximum income per-animal if you have the outdoor space for them.
Once your farm starts filling in, and you start shrinking the amount of space they have to forage, they stay good for a while, and then eventually become entirely useless. At that point, you have 3 real options:
- Golden Chickens: by far the highest income-density in the game. As a bonus, they're good even unprocessed if you switch profession to Coopmaster, which makes them extrmely IRL time-efficient. Downside, they're post-perfection and you need to incubate them one at a time per coop.
- Sheep: You get around 44.4 Cloth per barn per day with Sheep, with golden crackers, max happiness and the Shepherd profession. Basically same income as Golden Chickens (slightly higher if you horde cloth and switch to Artisan just to sell once a year or something!), but not as dense because Barns take more space than Coops. Also requires a fair amount of processing to really get the most out of it.
- Ostriches: They're not as good as Sheep, but they don't need Shepherd to be good, which means you can just keep Artisan 24/7 and barely lose anything. They also produce a lot less stuff than Sheep, so you don't need to spend as much time processing all your animal goods.
