Cannot play game

So I played during the beta test and I saw that I still had the game. But when I tried downloading it instantly canceled the installation and when I went to the horizon store it said I still owned the game. So im assuming its either a headset issue or a store bug

Forgot to say it but it says on the app i can buy the game but on my headset it says I can't so idk
