My plan with bardock has to do with the fact of how he was a great Saiyan scientist but I also wanted it so that he has good debuffing capabilities.
Passive (might of the Saiyans) - when bardock is nearby an ally, that ally and bardock both gain an attack boost in equivalent to how many allies are nearby, from 10% to one and add another 5% for any additional allies
Skill 1 (raging meteor) - bardock will perform a forward lariat, any enemies he hits will be dragged with him doing minimal damage but in exchange will stun them for one second
Skill 2 (riot javelin) - bardock will fire a small but fast ki ball at the nearest enemy in range in a straight line, if it connects it will blind the enemy for 2 seconds and will apply a five second defense down
Skill 3 (power ball) - bardock summons a power ball onto the field roughly having a quarter of bardocks current health, while in range allies gain speed up and attack up and will inflict wrath on enemies, only lasts 5 seconds with a 25 second cooldown
Ultimate (last stand) - bardock temporarily turns into a super Saiyan, while in super Saiyan state you can activate ultimate (This will change everything) and your hp cannot go below 1, when exiting super Saiyan state if health is 1, lose 1 health, super Saiyan state lasts for ten seconds or whenever ultimate (This will change everything) is activated
Ultimate (This will change everything) - fire a large aoe projectile that will apply all stat down for ten seconds and deal moderate damage to any enemy in the aoe
